The City of North Las Vegas describes "the green lawn of the baseball diamond" at Goynes, and its May 2023 release says city sports fields were reseeded with Bermuda grass. The city doesn't say whether the infield is skinned. (1 lighted baseball diamond, built for the city's Little League teams.)
