Field surface: Turf infields
Turf. For its 2026 Hardball Classic, NW Nations told teams that "all fields are either artificial turf infields or full artificial turf, so plan on playing." That note covered both Harmony and its overflow site, Heritage High School. We haven't found a county field-by-field surface list, so check your field number if you need to know which diamonds have grass outfields. (Baseball diamonds numbered up to Field 8 on 2026 NW Nations schedules; soccer fields share the site)
Cleats: NW Nations 2026: no metal cleats for 12U and below, and none on portable mounds or in bullpens

Harmony is the primary Vancouver venue for NW Nations youth baseball (9U–16U), including the Hardball Classic (Mar 7–8, 2026). NW Nations says "there is no hotel requirement; you are free to stay anywhere" for its Vancouver tournaments. It lists a preferred partner hotel, SpringHill Suites Vancouver, that may offer a group rate if you mention NW Nations and call 4–6 weeks ahead. Other organizers who rent the complex set their own rules, so check your event page.
