Field surface: not yet verified
Not yet verified. Spokane County lists five baseball/softball diamonds plus three lighted synthetic-turf rectangle fields (the turf fields are for soccer-style sports, not the diamonds). We haven't found a source that states the diamond infield surface, so check with your event.

Stay-to-play: varies by event
Spokane Indians Youth Baseball & Softball (SIYBS) uses Plante's Ferry as a game site for its tournaments (for example Cinco de Mayo and Best in the Northwest) and runs a Stay to Play program through Event Connect: teams more than 80 miles from Spokane are required to book through Event Connect in team registration. The complex also lists partner hotels with discounted rates. Other organizers set their own rules, so check your event page before booking.
