Field surface: Turf infields
Turf on the lighted diamonds. King County's 2026 field list shows Ravensdale 1 as a baseball/softball field with a synthetic infield, and the 2015 redevelopment added two lighted multi-sport synthetic fields (Ravensdale 2 and 3, which have bases out to 90 feet) plus a synthetic soccer field. GSL Tournaments rates Ravensdale Park as turf with rubber cleats only. The two unlighted diamonds, Ravensdale 5 and 6, are listed without a surface type, so check your schedule if you're placed there. (5 baseball/softball fields: Ravensdale 1 (synthetic infield, 285-foot fence, lights), Ravensdale 2 and 3 (synthetic multi-purpose, 490 feet to the fence, bases up to 90 feet, lights), Ravensdale 5 (bases up to 90 feet, mound, no lights) and Ravensdale 6 (60–65-foot bases, no lights); plus a synthetic soccer field and a grass youth soccer field)
Cleats: Rubber cleats only (GSL). Metal cleats are banned on King County's synthetic turf fields.
