Field surface: Natural grass, no turf
Natural grass, no turf. Boulder City's field rental pages describe Fields 1, 2 (Patton Field) and 4 as grass infields with pitching mounds, and Field 3 as a multi-use field with a dirt infield and a rubber mound. None is listed as synthetic. Whalen Field, the 90-foot Boulder City High School field that also appears on tournament schedules, is a grass infield too. (4 lighted ballfields: Fields 1 and 4 are youth baseball (60-ft bases, 300-ft fence), Field 2 / Patton Field is 90-ft (400-ft fence), and Field 3 is softball/multi-use pegged for 60, 70 and 90 ft (city). National Championship Sports notes Field 3 is the softball field.)
Cleats: Not stated. Check your event's rules on metal spikes.
